Breath Control For Freediving Performance

  • Bottom Dwellers Freediving 527 Fraser Street Victoria, BC, V9A 6H7 Canada (map)

Breath Control for Freediving Performance Workshop is taught by Tyler Huston, Certified Breatheology Instructor, Oxygen Advantage Instructor and  founder of Breath Control (www.BreathControl.ca) - hosted by Chris Adair and Bottom Dwellers Freediving.

This is an incredible opportunity for freedivers of any discipline to train breathing exercises that will improve coordination of the respiratory, circulatory and nervous system.

Through physical and mental exercises we will explore the science behind functional breathing that will ensure yourself as a freediver to get more joy and satisfaction out of every dive. This workshop is a perfect complement to your existing freediving training and can also be applied towards increasing your performance for any athlete in any sport as well as your resiliency to high-pressure / stressful occupations or situations should this apply to you.

WARNING: side effects of this workshop will include functional breathing pattern improvements which may result in increased bottom time, deeper relaxation, sharper focus and concentration and a happier / healthier everyday life.
